I had such high hopes that the kiddos would actually put their shoes away. Without the constant nagging and reminding. Nope. I still have to nag or put them away myself. At least there’s a place for them now.

I need to remind myself to lower my expectations. I am sure it would make me a happier mom.

Hope you had a great Easter with your peeps. Sharing the other wall with our diy ledges. They are not hard to make and can go directly into the studs. They are easy to change up and decorate. I have school pics on one set and a travel section on the other. Take all the pics and display them. Time goes even faster as your kids get older.

My little helped me recorded these videos and she made it point to share the mustache that my daughter still has up from Christmas when Elfie pranked them.🥸

I replaced the art roll paper on our office table. I have it on a tension rod underneath. If you have a coffee table or craft table, I totally recommend you add some paper!! It’s so easy to change and then your kiddos can draw whenever they want. Or you can draw and they can color in 😉

A hack I wish I knew sooner!! I normally stain woo

A hack I wish I knew sooner!! I normally stain wood with sponge brushes that I can throw away. I didn’t have any so I used a MAGIC ERASER and I will never look back. It soaks up stain beautifully and there is literally no drops or mess. I didn’t even need the gloves. I stained all 6 ledges in 15 mins 🤯
